2. Emphasize importance that all chapters submit information to the Province VIII and National webmasters (ie officers, event dates, pictures, newsletters, chapter website addresses, etc)

3. Review content of Province VIII webpage and collect ideas for improvement

4. Assess interest of brothers in chairing the Communications/Webpage Committee

5. Collect list of each Chapters Officers and GCD's

6. Appoint a Brother to head this committee in the fall

1. Collect and discuss any submissions for changes to the Province VIII By-Laws; committee should decide on whether or not they are in agreement with proposals, and chairperson will make recommendation to assembly in New Business

2. Compile a list of Collegiate and Graduate Chapters who have submitted their Local Ordinances to the Province VIII Historian and the Grand Counselor

3. Verify that all Chapters are reviewing their Local Ordinances at least annually

4. Briefly review the design of the Constitution and By-Laws, and their relation to the Local Ordinances

5. Field any questions that chapters may have regarding Local Ordinances

6. Appoint a Brother to head this committee in the fall

1. Collect and record nominations for each office up for election

4. Collect dates of upcoming Province VIII meetings and announce to assembly

Health Promotion and Education/Philanthropy

1. Create a list of what chapters are doing to fulfill their Province VIII Health Promotion and Education project

2. Identify limitations and obstacles in chapters that are not able to fulfill this responsibility

3. Discuss National Philanthropic Efforts and assess how Province VIII can contribute

4. Appoint a Brother to head this committee in the fall

1. Create resolutions for the Spring 2008 Province VIII Assembly

Risk Management

1. Review National Risk Management Policy

2. Review Province VIII Risk Management policy and discuss additions that may be needed to ensure maximal attention to risk management on a Province level

4. Confirm that all chapters have their Risk Management Policy on file with the Province VIII Chaplain in electronic form

5. Appoint a Brother to head this committee in the fall

1. Discuss and create a list of chapter activities for rush and pledging

2. Collect dates of any upcoming chapter events and distribute among e-group to facilitate inter-chapter activities

4. Verify that all chapters are able to obtain Packet and Award forms from National website, as well as able to access their chapter Kappa Psi email accounts

1. Create list of what collegiate chapters are doing to keep in contact with their recent graduates
