Province VIII holds elections during the second session of the Fall Assembly.
The Satrap, Chaplain and Historian are elected in odd-numbered years.
The Vice-Satrap, Secretary, and Treasurer are elected in even-numbered years.
Nominations are made by a committee appointed by the Satrap during the first session, or they can be made from the floor. All candidates have five minutes to state their qualifications for the position to which they have been nominated.
The Province Supervisor and Vice Supervisor are elected in even-numbered years, at the Grand Council Convention.
